Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to feel comfortable with your booking, so here’s the scoop on our refund policy:
- Caught it early? If you change your mind and cancel more than a week before your booking starts, you’re in luck! We’ll give you a full, 100% refund, no questions asked.
- Need a bit more time? If you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking begins, we’ve still got you covered. You’ll get back 50% of what you paid.
- Last-minute change? We get it, plans change. But if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we won’t be able to offer a refund. At that point, we’ve already committed resources to ensure your spot was ready to go and have blocked off the dates for others.
