We’re going to make delicious vegan kimchi (500ml jar to take home) with Phoebe and experience how to cook and taste a Korean dish with Kimchi. In an authentic Korean way, but a smart modern way. Kimjang day is also a big day to celebrate hard labour, so it includes some food and gathering as well.
Bio : I was raised by my grandmother and that led me to have a very traditional Korean palette and love of kimchi whereas other kids in my generation were exposed to lots of western food by their modern family. Since I have left Korea, making kimchi has been a ritual that made me Korean, and that has made me feel like home as well.
